MINDFULNESS FOR PAIN, WORRY, AND ANXIETY

In this five hour workshop, you will learn how mindfulness meditation can provide a practical and clinical framework for reducing your physical pain, and the mental anguish may can accompany it.   

Let's be clear. Mindfulness meditation will not make all your pain, worry, and anxiety go away. Instead, what it can do, is provide a useful framework for you to be with, live with, and thereby create the mental and physical conditions to reduce your pain, worry, or anxiety. 

In this workshop, you will learn a clear and concise definition of mindfulness meditation, and how you can use it to explore the present conditions of your mind and body. Through this process, we can learn a lot about ourselves. We learn to sit with uncomfortable sensations and not get so carried away by them. We learn to uncouple the phsycal
