Week 1 is about concentration and relaxation. We explore how the mind/body system reacts to stress and how to skillfully use our awareness and concentration to generate mind/body states of calm, focus, attention, and much more.

WEEK 1: CALM & CONCENTRATION

As our mindfulness practice deepens, we learn more and more about our minds and our deeply rooted behavior patterns. Through this recognition, we can begin to gleam great insight and understanding about our human condition and how it affects us positively and negatively.  

WEEK 3: WISDOM &

INSIGHT

Mindfulness meditation is about cultivating wholesome qualities in our lives. In our last week, we explore how to create the conditions for kindness, connection, and caring to be present in our lives. 

WEEK 4: KINDNESS & CONNECTION

Mindfulness meditation is about cultivating wholesome qualities in our lives. In our last week, we explore how to create the conditions for kindness, connection, and caring to be present in our lives. 

WEEK 4: KINDNESS & CONNECTION

The body is the foundation of mindfulness meditation. If you want to be more present in your life, be present for your body. The body is always here, the mind, not so much. In week 2, we explore the body, and our relationship to it.
