MEDITATION PRACTICE

In this five hour program, you will progress through an intensive study and practice of mindfulness meditation: what it is, what it's not, and how to do it in your daily life to reduce stress, manage pain, help with sleep issues, weight issues, healing processes, and much more.

Simple, practical, accessible, 

educational, and engaging. 

Blending theory and practice, the five hour course offers plenty of time to explore various formal mindfulness meditations, including, but not limited to: 

  • Concentration

  • Breathing

  • Eating

  • Walking

  • Body scan

  • Mini-meditations

  • and more

In addition to formal meditation time, we will also explore topics such as:

  • Cultivating awareness of the Present

  • Paying attention to the body and the senses
