I went to the class with the sole purpose of trying something else to ease my chronic pain as conventional medicine and doctors have failed to provide relief. While my ability to handle the pain has greatly improved, Claudio opened up a whole new world of real every day life applications to help me live better in every facet of my life. 

I completed the 8 week MBSR course this past Saturday, and cannot even begin to place into words what a difference this class has made in my life!  I was struggling to enjoy the present because I was fixated and troubled by thoughts of the future.
